The user can go through the manual before even starting the machine. The training guide teaches the user every minute thing that he is required to know. Alternatively, if he gets stuck somewhere while operating the machine, he can make use of the user manual, read what he is required to do to fix the problem and then carry on with his work.

A first time user may not be aware of the safety requirements and there is a high chance that he may skip them. That can prove to be a fatal mistake as he may not only hurt himself or the people around him but also damage the machine or things that are around him.
